Indigenous Knowledge – The World of the Mayas

Discover the Maya civilization through an interactive presentation designed to illustrate the organization of a complex society, with an emphasis on urban lifestyles. The presentation is followed by a workshop where students create a stone pendant. This activity is ideal as a complement to the study of the Inca civilization in Grade 3 and as an introduction to tropical America.
